- Target oriented to develop and maintain the Tele Marketing business from SME.
- Identifying clients from databases/ directories.
- Jointly handling different methods of prospecting eg. cold calls, email campaigns etc.
- Researching and building up a prospects lead database.
- Collecting the required information from prospects for demos.
- Managing, maintaining and updating the call responses in CRM.
- Calling clients for introduction, service portfolio, warming up & setting up Marketing Executive's meetings.
- Mapping clients, maintaining robust working relationships and client databases.
