Experience:
- Candidate should have experience of 3 - 5 years in direct Sales.
- Candidate should good communication skill.
- Experience in team handling.
- Candidates having exp in media/banking should given a preference.
- Strong analytical & interpersonal skills.
- To Handle a team comprising of 8-10 sales professionals.
- Guiding and motivating subordinates to close business deals.
- Training of team memebers on Product and Sales Concepts.
- Responsible for Team Sales Targets.
