Job Summary:
The role involves design, development & implementation of web applications using web 2.0 techniques that deliver "best-in-class" user experience to the B2B user community. The focus would be on improving the user interface and application performance based upon the study of user behavior on the marketplace.
Qualification:
Engineer and MBA from reputed Institute.
Experience:
- 2-5 years of hands on work experience of working on large and complex dynamic web-applications in open source programming environment in agile framework.
- Experience with Web 2.0 technology, information architecture design and software development processes.
- Last 2 years working in product manager/project leader role.
- Must be hands on with Open Source web-technologies.
- Excellent software/web application testing skills at both user & backend.
- Ability to multi-task and strong analytical & problem solving skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Enthusiastic to use & apply latest technology.
- Design, develop, implement and maintain web-applications.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and roadmap, assign tasks, monitor and manage project team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Conceptualize application interfaces & interactive web features and get the same implemented.
- Study and research the latest technology trends and concepts.
- Troubleshoot live applications.
- Comprehensive testing of applications before go-live. Ensure smooth functionality of applications by daily monitoring.
