Job Summary:
He shall be responsible for planning & implementation of alternate sales channel initiative and ensuring target achievement in accordance with agreed cost of sales. The role will involve complete DSA set up from the scratch, its successful operation, making alliances with potential sales partners & industry associations, incorporating additional selling vehicles and creating internal system for monitoring channel sales.
Qualification:
MBA or equivalent masters degree from reputed institution.
Experience:
- 10-12 years of industry experience.
- Experience in channel set up & management within a successful direct selling/space selling/insurance organization.
- Having successfully run any referral/MLM programmes for acquiring new clients would be an advantage.
- Have strong interpersonal, networking & persuasive communication skill.
- Ability to manage sales pipeline with multiple channels.
- Must be process oriented, IT savvy & proficient in the use Microsoft Office/Open Office Tools.
- Plan, set up and operate pan India DSA network, setting & monitoring sales target and aggressively driving them to maximise the sales.
- Liaise with Industry Associations to acquire customers in bulk.
- Set up & operate customer referral/MLM program.
- Conceptualising additional alternate sales channels.
- Developing team to maintaining close relationship with DSAs and other channel partners.
- Imparting training and relevant communication to the channel partners on regular basis and ensuring channel partners abide by the corporate guidelines of the company.
- Devising appropriate performance incentive structure and sales promotion schemes.
- Create systems and procedures to streamline partner management and MIS reporting to the management.
- Collecting market feedback and assisting management in formulation of policy & strategy.
