Job Summary:
The person shall be responsible for ensuring high growth of global suppliers' data on hellotrade.com and Indian suppliers' data on indiamart.com. He/She would lead a team of people for identification of data sources, data mining, and vendor development for data entry, data quality monitoring and publishing the approved data on respective platforms.
Qualification:
Degree in Statistics or Engineering.
Experience:
- 4-6 Years of data collection and management experience of which last 2-3 years should be with a database marketing company or a B2B organization with a focus on data collection.
- IT Savvy and Process oriented professional with an eye for minute details.
- Excellent data analytics skills.
- Research oriented person with analytical thought process, business acumen with clear understanding of B2B data requirements and B2B data sources.
- Must have deep desire to work and succeed in a growing organization with total commitment and sense of job ownership.
- Develop and monitor a B2B data source identification and data mining team.
- Set up a global network of data entry vendors and train, motivate & monitor them to ensure quality and quantity of data output.
- Develop mechanisms to nurture strong relationships with vendors and also ensure smooth & timely payments.
- Establish, monitor and continually improve data quality standards and ensure their adherence by the quality team.
- Design and implement processes to manage the complete chain from data acquisition to final data-publishing. Develop MIS to measure actual performance and effectiveness of the processes.
