Job Summary:
The key contributions shall be in the areas of gathering process/ project requirements from internal business users, providing Technical Support & recommending solutions to the business units, maintaining the ERP system and creating dashboards and trackers for managing quality and operations.
Experience:
- 5 years of applied data mining & analysis experience.
B. Tech. (in any stream), MBA .
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in working with programmers, databases and on complex spreadsheets.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills to be able to suggest practical solutions to existing issues with the help of technology.
- Managed & process oriented with a consultative and collaborative approach towards working with different teams & business units.
- Very good organizational skills, including time management and multi-tasking.
- Hands on knowledge of Oracle/ PERL/ .Net is a must.
- Provide Technical Support to the Business units.
- Analysis of data & reports to support business initiatives, to provide data driven business insights leading to fundamental improvements.
- Regular monitoring and Maintenance of in-house ERP system.
- Develop quality tracking methods/ tools as per provided inputs.
- Design, develop and implement solutions based on business requirements and integrating the same with the ERP system.
