The position holder will be responsible for new sales & revenue, improved client retention, renewal, up-selling and cross-selling to existing paid members of IndiaMART.com from principal cities of Maharashtra (excluding Mumbai, MMR & Pune) with the team of 8-10 sales executives. The job involves extensive travelling throughout the cities of Maharashtra.
Qualification:
MBA from reputed institute
Experience:
- 2+ years of Sales & Marketing experience preferably in a Portfolio Management/MF/Telecom/ITES/Service organization.
- Last 1 year as a team leader of a mid-size team.
Candidate Profile:
- Should have aptitude to manage sales/servicing team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of Marathi language would be added advantage.
- Ability to maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
- Must have good working knowledge of MS EXCEL including concepts of using Pivot Tables.
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by close monitoring of key numbers including new sales, up-selling, calling, fresh meetings, follow up meetings, cold calls, reference generation & cost of sales and prepare weekly sales MIS reports.
- Hire, train, retain and manage the team.
- Ensure strict adherence of sales process and internal procedures by the team members in matter of clients meeting, reporting systems and individual deliverables.
- Centralized, weekly meeting for monitoring of team members who are constantly travelling from one location to the other.
- Ensure timely delivery of services to clients. Keep a close track on work in process, customer complaints and accounts receivables.
