Growth Options

Over the time, as internet and e-business have grown to become a part of the main stream business, so have the growth options at IIL. Since most of our fuctions are carried in-house, growth options are plenty in each arena. Team members are duly appreciated and awarded for their efforts. Even those who join us as freshers, grow up to become experienced team leaders and responsible managers. Growth is typically performance based.

Both lateral and vertical growth is possible here. There are people who have grown in the fields they specialize in and there are people who have diversified to other areas and excelled. The senior / middle management here comprises of people who have spent ample time with the company.
