Job Summary:
The person shall be responsible for driving traffic by achieving top rankings in various major search engines.
Qualification:
UG/PG - B.Tech/B.E. - Computers or PG any stream.
Experience:
- 3-5 Years of portal management experience of which last 2-3 years should be managing a portal.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record in achieving keyword placement in top 10 in major search engines.
- Knowledge of social media tools and technologies, including social bookmarking, answers, blogs, microblogs will be added advantage.
- Performing keyword research and analysis for better ranking.
- Optimize various web site components including title tags, meta-descriptions, keyword density, and internal linking.
- Create relevant back links.
- On page optimization and Off page optimization.
- Drive traffic by achieving top rankings in organic search results.
- Work on quick search engine indexing of website.
- Research, understand, and stay up-to-date on the latest search engine algorithms, rules, techniques and trends.
- Tracking and maintaining weekly keyword ranking report.
